Who Can Use Time2Hit

You may only enter and use Time2Hit if you contact us and explicitly sign up a mutual non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) with us under the Terms and Conditions mutually agreed.

We only use the information that you provide, including Personal Information, to perform the services requested under the conditions covered by the NDA.

We have taken commercially reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Information against loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please remember that no transmission of data over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the complete security of Personal Information you provide to us through your use of Time2Hit. All data obtained through finger-scan, facial-scan, voice recognition or other digital support technology is protected from disclosure using the reasonable standard of care within the industry. Our commitment is that this data will be protected to the same level that the Company stores, transmits, and protects other confidential and sensitive company information.

  • To fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided.
  • To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
  • To provide you with email alerts and other notices concerning our products or services, or events or news, that may be of interest to you.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collections.
  • To improve our application and present its contents to you.

  • As necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients or others.
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.

Systemsight does not sell your Personal Information.
